What do I need to provide for the detailing service at my location?All we need is a safe place to park your car. We bring our own water, power, and all necessary supplies to perform the detailing service.

Do you offer monthly memberships?Yes! Our membership program offers discounted monthly rates, one free add-on per visit, and 10% off any additional services.

What’s the difference between a car wash and detailing?A standard car wash removes surface dirt, while detailing involves deep cleaning, paint correction, and protection of surfaces inside and out.

Do you clean pet hair and stains?Yes, we offer pet hair removal and stain treatments as part of our interior detailing or as an add-on service.

How often should I get my car detailed?We recommend every 4–6 weeks for regular maintenance, but it depends on how often you drive and your lifestyle.

Is ceramic coating worth it?Ceramic coating adds a protective layer that lasts longer than wax, repels water and dirt, and keeps your car looking glossy. We offer it as an upgrade service.

Do you come to my location?Yes! We are a fully mobile detailing service and bring everything we need to your home, office, or designated location.

What is your cancellation policy for scheduled appointments?We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a small fee to cover the time and resources allocated for your appointment.
